Ch 7-8

The last paragraph of chapter seven is the most powerful to me. The identities of company is not just the Image that represents the company. It is culture of that companies from customer service to products being produced and the quality that the company gives that makes up their identities. If a toy was make out of cheap plastic and broke the second time someone used it. The companies identity would that they make cheap toys. It would take a lot of  time to change the minds of the consumer after something like that.
Chapter eight I didn't find that exciting. The chapter talked about different systems used and how they tie together and Globalization and the changes that it has and had on systems.
